Proud Implementation of PMKVY 4.0 in Collaboration with STPI Agartala

 

We are extremely proud to announce that NCSM – National Computer Saksharta Mission is currently implementing the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY 4.0) in collaboration with Software Technology Parks of India (STPI Agartala).

This collaboration reflects a strong belief in our capability, commitment, and responsibility to deliver quality skill development programs aligned with national standards.

Courses Currently Running Under PMKVY 4.0

Under this prestigious scheme, we are conducting the following industry-relevant courses:

  1. Junior Software Developer – 420 Hours

  2. Web Developer – 360 Hours

  3. IT Technical Support Executive – 330 Hours

  4. Assistant Computer Technician – 330 Hours

These programs are designed to equip youth with practical skills, technical knowledge, and job-ready competencies to meet the growing demands of the IT and digital sector.

Roles and Responsibilities of NCSM

STPI Agartala has entrusted NCSM with the complete responsibility of executing the project with professionalism and compliance. Our responsibilities include:

NCSM shall be responsible for:

  1. Mobilization, selection, and enrolment of eligible candidates.

  2. Deployment of qualified trainers with valid ToT certification as per NCVET/NSDC guidelines.

  3. Conduct of training strictly as per the approved Qualification Packs and Curriculum.

  4. Arrangement of all required infrastructure, including hardware, software, tools, equipment, PCs/Laptops, and applications.

  5. Maintenance of trainee records, including biometric attendance and proper documentation.

  6. Compliance with all applicable training quality, safety, and audit requirements.

  7. Uploading of required documents, information, videos, and photographs as per NCVET/NSDC guidelines.

We ensure full transparency, accountability, and adherence to the standards prescribed under the scheme.
